Looking for a Lost Coin
« on: December 09, 2008, 10:44:05 AM »
You might have been contacted by Suzanne (Sakidoo,) a fellow geocacher, this week. She is looking for one of her geocoins that last showed up at the Eco Cache Challenge Westfort wrap-up event. It is a Landsharkz coin with a stylized Inuit whale on it. I think I remember seeing it there.

Anyway, if you might have taken it home with you, or dropped it off in another cache, try to update your profile as having found the coin or placed it in whatever cache. She'd really appreciate it.

Just to let you know, I placed this geocoin in the event but I don't remember who took the coin.  So When Suzanne (Sakidoo) contacted me regarding the coin, I gave her the names of the persons who attending the event so that she could contact them.

I see that the coin is still registered in the event.  I hope it turns up somewhere

I remember when Jim had the coins on the table, he offered Kathy and I one for finishing third, and we chose the Sextant geocoin # NAGMHR.  We placed that one in a cache in Duluth Mn. a few days latter. He also had Travel Bug Winnipeg of the 100-Acre-Wood. We also cannot remember who took the coin in question. I am sure it is in good hands, and just has not been logged yet.

We actually have it.. I didn't even remember taking it, but I found it so contacted the owner.  I think that we should not take coins in the future cause we are not very good at moving them on!
