Good news.

The coins came in on Friday.  We just got back to Marathon from Toronto about an hour ago.

So with the initial cost to the coins and getting dinged with taxes and handling at the border.  the price of the coins have been rounded of to

$7.50 / coin

My wife or I will be dropping the coins off at aZm's house on Monday.  So if it is OK with aZm,  I will like him to collect the money for the coins for me.  He can get the money to me at the SCC.

For the Marathon event tomorrow,  I will have the coins with me at the event.

So if there is any last minute orders for coins, please let me very soon.  I now have orders for 10 for Thunder Bay Event and 13 for the Marathon event.  There are 2 left.  This does not count the 2 extra that H-K would take if there are any left only.  H-K, I have you already down previously for 2.

Again Jim, if someone wants them, let them have an opportunity to have  piece of history, If not, then I would like another two for our friend who hosted a 10 year event today in Duluth ghost640 .  Don't forget people, this is a once in a lifetime event with a once in a lifetime icon for your profile. 10 years comes only ?? I think (and correct me if I'm wrong ) Once every ten years :P or is it Seven years? Nope I really believe it is 10 years. Don't forget to show up at the 10 Years! Thunder Bay or the Marathon event Lost and Found Event Cache10 Years! Marathon, Ontario, Canada Just to let new cachers know. This is an event that is big in the geocaching world, want a piece of it? Make your intentions known. Only so many going to be minted. Have fun people and enjoy the hunt.

Hi JLee;
If there's still one left, I will take it.
Hunter-Killer makes a good sales pitch!
I am in Nipigon, so perhaps you or your Mrs. could drop it off on your way by on Monday?
PM me if this is okay, and I'll get you my contact info.
Thx.

I suspect these 10 year coins are going to be highly prized by coin thieves so I would suggest you NOT put them into the wild, and only keep them as a personal collectible. These would definitely not last long as a traveler so use common sense with this coin.

No problem Jim, fine with us,   BP76Mr made his intentions known and that's good. If you ever wanted a coin, this was the one to get , so it is good to see that the coins were all spoken for and you were not left with a bunch of coins. Thanks for taking the time to order and deliver the coins. Much appreciated.

Our Manitoba friends might have a couple left over from their event. Should I ask them if we can get a few?

Brenda has dropped of the Thunder Bay 10 Years Coins! ;D I've sent a PM to everyone who's ordered one with details on picking them up. I'll leave the 10 Years Event cache open for a few days, just so you can log your coin into the event if you want.

The coins we purchased were Ontario - right? If not, which area? I did see on e-bay that a blue one was listed as being from Ontario.  All great coins nevertheless. Just curious.  Thanks
