Bugs wow.
« on: June 24, 2008, 10:43:32 PM »
This is the worst I have seen the mosquitoes  and blackflies (or sand flies) which ones are they really? You know the ones that get in behind your ears, that I have seen in a long time.  We have had lots of rain, and more coming apparently, but wow just shy of using McCurdy's that thick white bug paste I used to use as a kid, when my Uncle owned a Minnow business and we had to check the traps there does not seem to be a product on the market that these buggers can't penetrate. As your news banner says Geocaching forecast for June: BUGS ! Maybe back to the caveman days, and use clay. Could be worse though, could be firing up the snow blower in -35c temps.
If you don't like the way I drive....Stay off the sidewalk.

Animals taste good.

Learn how to use a compass. Gps is fine until it does not work, and it sucks to have to eat your friends to live.
